Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of PropIntelli. By using the service, you agree to them and confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement.
Service and accounts
PropIntelli provides property search, analysis and account tools. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity performed through your account.
Permitted use
Use the service lawfully. You may not disrupt it, bypass security, scrape protected data, impersonate others or use content in a way that infringes third-party rights.
Property information
Listings, estimates and analyses may come from third parties and can contain errors or delays. Verify material facts independently before making property, legal, tax or financial decisions.
Intellectual property
The service, software, design and original content belong to PropIntelli or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend misuse and update these terms when the service or law changes, publishing the revised version here.
